Requesting to Cancel

Select Cancel Order on the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > CONFIRM to submit.

• You can only request cancellation once per order. If your request is denied or withdrawn, you can't request another one again for the same order. Learn more about why you can’t cancel your order .
• You can request Manual Order Cancellation directly from the seller. However, the seller must agree with the request for the order cancellation to proceed.

Checking Cancellation Request Status

To check the status of your cancellation request, select View Cancellation Details for the order via My Purchases .

Withdrawing Cancellation Request

If you no longer wish to cancel the order, select Withdraw Request > Confirm .

• Sellers have 2 days to respond to your cancellation request. If the seller does not respond within this time, your order will be canceled automatically.

• Sellers may refuse cancellation requests for orders already picked up by the courier.

• If necessary, you may discuss this with the seller directly via Shopee Chat or raise a return/refund request after you receive your order.

• Cancellation refunds will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation.
